Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 October 2026
This policy explains how personal data is handled when you visit lineby.ai. It covers this website only.
Who we are
The website is operated by [Company name], [Registered address] ("we", "us"). For anything to do with your personal data, contact us at [contact email].
What we collect
- Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies or similar technology, does not track you across sites, and gives us aggregated figures only.
- Demo bookings. When you book a demo, you do so on Google Calendar's booking page. Google processes the details you enter under its own privacy policy, and we receive your name, email address and anything you choose to add, so that we can hold the call.
- Emails. If you email us, we keep your message and contact details so that we can reply.
This website does not set cookies.
Why we use it
We use your details to arrange and hold the demo you asked for and to reply to your messages (to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries). We use aggregated visit statistics to understand how the website is used (our legitimate interest).
How long we keep it
We keep booking and email details for as long as we are in contact with you about Lineby, and for no longer than two years after our last contact, unless we need them longer to meet a legal obligation.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the services named above (Cloudflare and Google), which process it on our behalf or under their own terms. We do not sell personal data.
These services may process data outside the UK and EEA. Where they do, they rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
Under the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, ask us to restrict its use, or ask for it in a portable format. To do so, email [contact email]. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, such as the Data Protection Commission in Ireland, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK, or the authority in the country where you live.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date above.
